Trym Ruud (b. 1998) is an artist working from his studio in Oslo, Norway. The work moves fast — acrylic, ink, oil, airbrush and print over torn-edge handmade paper, carton and canvas — and it is loud on purpose: starbursts, robots, exclamation marks, colors at full volume.

The ongoing Source series returns again and again to the same image — light detonating out of a center — painted in different moods, never twice the same. Around it sit individual works: oil paintings, airbrush pieces, and framed works that also hang at Galleri Duer in Oslo.

Everything is an original. No prints, no editions — when a work finds its home, it is gone. Each piece is signed and shipped from Norway with a certificate of authenticity; framed works are delivered personally in Oslo and Bærum.
